Rates and Policy

All charges and fees are listed in the “Tuition and Fees” schedule below, and all policies are in TPH handbook.

Give a two-week written notice to withdraw children from TPH. Otherwise, you agree to pay two weeks of tuition after my child’s last day of attendance. Also applies to dismissal from our program due to past-due account balances, behavior, or other reasons.
Pay tuition balance in full regardless of my child’s attendance. There are no refunds or discounts for days a child does not attend. This includes days TPH may be closed due to holidays, weather, pandemics, quarantines, government mandates, or other safety reasons or unforeseen circumstances. I also understand TPH accepts well children only and I agree not to bring my child to TPH if he or she is running fever (without fever-reducing medication) or showing any signs or symptoms of illness.
The collection policy is as follows: failure to pay account balances in a timely manner will result in legal collection efforts, in which case, if we are successful, you will be liable for and agree to pay all charges to your account as well as all associated collection, legal, and court fees. These fees may also include any litigation, including defamation.

Late Payment Actions:

*All payments are due on Monday and late after Wednesday at 6pm.

*All payments made after Wednesday at 6pm will be charged a $30.00 late fee and a late notice will be placed on the door and you will also receive a PROCARE notification.

*If payments are not made by the following Monday your childcare services will be terminated until payment is made.
